East Side Tire Auto Services

Called to ask about what the price would be for new brakes and rotars. And they asked what kind of brakes I needed. I was like your supposed to know that. Also the person on the other line barely speaks English

Just had to pay $200 for them to install 2 mufflers that I bought online. Old man didn’t know what he was talking about. I called before I went and guy said $130. They didn’t have to bend nothing add nothing to weld them in there. Rip off. Bs place to go to for muffler install.

A friend told me about Eastside Tire. I was super pleased with the service, and the price was great. I feel Hank to be very honest. My back brakes were getting super worn, almost metal to metal. Hank not only made me aware, he showed the issue to me. One happy girl here. I will for sure use his service. It is hard to fine honesty these days. Lisa Pleasure

I am very disappointed! As an ex mechanic and seeing the shop from my 2nd floor home office window I was so happy that they are a block away. I went for the first time and took my simple lawn tractor tire job over there at 10am, gave them the rim and new tire and he (who would not give me his name older guy) said come back after lunch. At 2pm he said they were eating lunch and would get to it because they had a lot of work that morning and they only had my simple tire job to do after lunch. I came back 15 minutes later and they were milling about so I took my tire and I will take my business to Tire Country a mile away from now on. I am native and I speak Spanish but I did not at first, from my experience it seems honestly like maybe that would’ve gotten better service.

Hank is probably one of the nicest men I've ever met. He's fair, honest, and an all around great guy. Not to many of those left in the world today. It's a pleasure doing business with Eastside.
