Last month I traded my subaru forester in for the lexus is 250 with a full dream experience from my first inquiry call to driving off the lot. First of all, GREAT communication from Aidan who was my rep for the trade. I called over a dozen car dealerships when I was making prior inquiries and realized this was something that was surprisingly hard to come by. So when Aidan was so helpful and responsive I felt like I was on the right track and just made the whole experience must easier. Zia assisted with the deal and both were very professional, honest and great to have worked with for the whole trade. So far I've had no issues with the car and feel that they did a great job to ensure it's quality and maintenance. I love my new car and would come back again.

Private car lots are the way to go. They really know how to work with potential buyers. Stress free and surprisingly fast process. The manger was very friendly and personable and worked to get me the best deal with my trade-in. I love my Highlander Hybrid!

I was looking for a hybrid car for commute then I found a 2019 Lexus Es 300h here under 20k which is really good deal ! Thought I’d just get a basic model but instead this car is actually an ULTRA LUXURY!It is loaded with all the bells and whistles! Excellent experience from start to finish. We called for an appointment to see a pre-owned Jeep wrangler. Alex and Masud held the Jeep for us while we drove 90 min to see it. The Jeep was pulled forward and made ready for us. Alex promptly greeted us when we arrived and provided us with details on Jeep, without any pressure for a sale. We were able to test drive the vehicle as we wished. Alex provided guidance on where might want to test drive, since we were unfamiliar with the area. Bought a 2011 Audi TTS from Eastbay Motorcars on 9/12/25 and it’s been a disaster since day one. I’m a 100% disabled vet and needed a reliable car — instead I got nonstop repairs. Strut mount failed, leaking windshield, oil filter housing leaked, and now the day before Christmas the key tumbler failed and the car won’t even start. I’ve spent more time without the car than with it. If you value honesty and reliability, don’t buy from here.
