Super friendly, fast turnaround, top flight work, reasonable prices, what more could you ask? They did a FANTASTIC job fixing chips, dents and bumper damage on my ‘25 BMW. The paint work is flawless. The repaired ares match perfectly and it looks showroom floor new. I’m old, and occasionally “bump” stuff with my car, so sadly, I’ll probably ding it again. Happily, I know the place to go to make it right. I highly recommend Eastern Autoworks.

Not only was the repair flawless on my Tesla model 3, the process was as well. From day one Cierra was a real advocate, helping me not only navigate the insurance process but reaching out to them daily until the car was completely covered. The car was returned spotless, cleaned inside and out. 10x better than I left it. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in bringing my car here again.

From start to finish, we had the best experience with Eastern Auto Works! Our first phone call to set up was pleasant and informative. The assistant even walked us through the process of the rental car. Our vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and they made accommodations for us to pick it up after hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find not only had our car been beautifully repaired, they had also taken the time to do a very good cleaning! We dropped it off in the middle of a snow/ice freeze and it was a mess! We found our entire experience to be handled professionally and friendly, and the work completed was top tier! We think it looks better than it did before that silly deer jumped in front of us!

After someone had rear-ended my Tesla, Eastern Auto was a Tesla-recommended body shop for repairs. They were amazing, from start to finish. They are familiar with insurance claim process, did a great job on repairs, and returned my car to like-new condition. They even gave my car a quick detail/clean, and returned it to me in better condition compared to drop off. Would highly recommend them.
