Eastern Tire & Auto Service- Rockport Location

The BEST service overall we have ever received! Honestly. We cannot say enough positive things about the services we received from Eastern Tire and Auto/Rockport. From the warm, helpful, support from Jenn and Tracy, to the honest, fast, and thorough service from Kyle and the technicians who worked on our 2016 Tahoe. Eastern did a "Well baby" check" to make sure our truck would make it round trip 1400 miles. Our Tahoe has been driven HARD for 10 years, his joints are creaking and squeaking. We were dubious he'd make the trip without breaking down. Turned out 2 wheel casings were broken/cracked. They fixed them, they inspected everything else, and assured us he'd make it, and he did! They scammed me. Told me they had all the equipment to work on my Prius, then when I brought it in for a brake job, they told me they couldn't deal with it and charged me over $200.

This was my first visit, my boss encouraged me to go because he absolutely loves eastern tire and now I can see why. Ainsley and the rest of the crew were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. They have great prices and do great work. I will for sure be returning and recommending them to all my friends and family

It is my first visit.They are very professional and quick. They do have a nice place to sit, relax and have a coffee while you are waiting for your vehicle. Everyone at the Rockport office was wonderful. They got my alignment done quickly (thank you Nick!) and didn't break the bank. They also let me know what was coming down the road as far as service needed. I will definitely use them again.
