I went to this shop two times this year first visit was great. My visit today was terrible to say the least. A tire tech get in the car let the power windows down drives to car into the shop. After fixing my tire they park my car with the window down. After paying and getting my keys I walked out and noticed my window glass was pointing up usually. I let me up only for the glass to go up at a usually angle. I told the manager there and they denied any responsibility but the window was not just 20 mins before they got into the car working fine. It could have broke on them on by chance but apologies or discount, they could have just told him the window won’t go back up not just let’s see if he notices it. When I got home I put the window back on track which took 2 mins to do. Shame on this s

Late Last year I purchased a set of new tires & an alignment. A few months ago the front tire seemed rippled and I went to them and the employee looked at my tire and stated it was okay just looked as if it was a curb mark. On last week, I noticed wire coming out my tires and I went back to them the owner son asked if I had my tires rotated, and I said yes He stated he needed proof and I called Firestone who have done the rotation & oil change. Then he states he needs proof and the other employer states come next week when the owner Scott is in. Over the weekend I purchase 2 tires to replace the bad tires that I purchased from them which now being barely driven with wire a year later. As I walk to the counter with proof and ask the employee at the counter for the manager as I explain and

I went in to have my brakes checked because of a squeaking noise. I thought maybe the pads might need to be replaced, but I was given the same honest answer that I had received when they checked the brakes two years prior. ( They are good and an explanation of the percentage of wear that I might had left on the pads). It is such a pleasure to take your vehicle to a place that you can trust. I’ve used them for tires and alignments and was always satisfied with the service rendered.
