Walter was amazing. Last minute tow on Sunday was no problem for him. Sent him a photo of the car and he had it hooked up and on the truck before I even got there. Very nice and cared about my vehicle like it was his own. Drop off location he asked me where and even offered to move it as far as I wanted. I needed an antique tractor moved from Manassas to Leesburg. I called the office and the receptionist was very helpful. Walter is the owner and he gave me a great price. I paid $225 for 28 miles. I sent them additional information and made the appointment using the website. He said he was happy that I provided all of the dimensions for the tractor like height, weight, wheel base etc so he could be sure of what he was dealing with. He was 10 minutes early for our appointment. I arrived on time and he had it loaded in under 15 minutes. He said that if I had left the keys at the site he would have loaded it for me. Excellent service! I was asked to meet driver to drop off keys. As I was only 5 minutes away and was told driver would be there within 45 minutes, I wasn't in a rush. I was so surprised when I got to our pickup truck within 10 minutes, but the tow truck driver was already there!! Extremely nice, took care of the credit card billing, and I received a text that the truck was at the repair shop in under 30 minutes!! We would definitely use them again and recommend them!!
