I drove 900 miles from Wisconsin to buy a truck from Eastern Wrecker on 11/19/2025. The sale was smooth, but LESS THAN ONE HOUR after leaving, the check engine light came on and the voltage jumped all over the place. A few hours later, the truck completely died on the freeway, in the middle of nowhere. As I write this review, we are STILL stranded on the side of the road, almost 700 miles from home. We waited 6 hours for a mobile mechanic, paid $661, and the truck still won’t start. My driver had to find a hotel, and the truck is sitting dead. When I called the dealership, they hid behind “as-is” and refused to offer ANY help, even though the truck failed the SAME DAY, within HOURS of purchase. Not even basic support or courtesy. Purchase a flatbed from Eastern Wrecker Sales a couple months ago. I've driven it a total of maybe 2 weeks and have had tons of PTO problems. It's been sitting in the shop longer than I have been able to use it. Eastern Wrecker Sales said it's not their problem and I need to contact Jerrdan. After sitting at the shop for a couple months I gave up and purchase a PTO myself. When I got underneath the truck I noticed the harness was melted because they did not properly route the wires that could have led to a PTO failure. So as I'm replacing the harness I noticed that they did not ground the harness properly either as it says right on The wire. This place is terrible. They sell faulty crap and will not fix it when it breaks down. EVEN IF IT HAPPENS THE SAME DAY. Do better

They sell junk and tell you it’s sold as is when you leave the lot a hour later. If they knew it has problems they should disclose these before selling and leaving a customer stranded
