Had a wonderful experience buying my second Jeep Wrangler. Alex and Matt made the process easy and pressure-free (really!). Best experience possible. I highly recommend the Eastgate team. I receive service related work only. I have used “Express Lane services for the past 50,000 miles in my vehicle. Maybe 5 successful visits over two years. Tire rotation, filter change…etc. On two other occasions I was refused service because they had too many cars and not enough technicians, (during their advertised times). Today’s “Express Lane” visit took over 2 hours from the time I arrived. Oil change, tire rotation and new cabin filter. The previous visit was north of 90 minutes for just an oil change. I fail to see this as express service. If you’re unable to provide timely service, then set my expectations as a customer. Tell me to make an appointment so I don’t have to wait. Don’t advertise Express services if you are unable to meet or exceed expectations. It’s all about

I scheduled an appt using the online scheduling service to have a recalled part replaced, oil change, air filter replacement, and the recommended 100K service (spark plug replacement, etc). I had to wait a couple of weeks to find an appointment which was fine. I show up on time and I am told that they don’t use the scheduling service and that they operate first come first serve. I repeated myself saying that I had an appt and the guy helping me said, it doesn’t matter. There are 5 cars in front of you. He said it would be at least 2.5 hrs and wouldn’t even look up my appt. I was fully prepared if I needed to leave my car for a bit but once again he wouldn’t even look up my appt to inform me of options. My only option was to wait 2.5 hours. don’t understand how a business can be ran like t

I bought a used 2020 Ram Bighorn from here. Eddie was my salesman and was great to work with! He was very personable, accommodating and great to talk to. If I had a question and he didn't know the answer, he'd get the answer for me. The same could be said for the finance manager as well. Great people and I would definitely recommend going to see these guys, for your next vehicle!
