They are so nice here. They are thorough with inspections, but I'd rather fail for thoroughness than be waved through in a vehicle that's potentially unsafe. The last time I went we talked about saving baby mice—I've never talked about saving baby mice with a mechanic before! I always make sure to get in line before they open for inspections, as the line forms quickly, but they make a generally unpleasant annual task as nice as it can be.

I was charged and paid for work that was not done. After they were caught and told many lies, I was partly reimbursed. The work that was scheduled to be done with another appointment was not done after the office staff told me it was done I provided the parts in addition to expedite the timeliness. They never took them out of the boxes. They did do an oil change didn't change the oil filter and left off the guard plate. Thru it into the bed of my truck. Oil was found spilled in the engine compartment. I paid approximately $100.00 . I had to pay another $120.00 to have the oil charged correctly with new filter, the next day, for fear they sabotaged my engine. These people are dispectable. I have made complaints with the proper authority. I have retained an attorney to bring charges and seek

Called to get some tires. The lady answered the phone and said “hellooo!”. I was confused thinking I dialed the wrong number, só I said hello? Who is this? She then says Easthampton tire. I say ok I need some tires. She responds with I don’t have tires, I order them as I need, but we’re booked for the next week and a half. Not professional, and definitely not a convenient spot if you need tires on a whim…

This is the place to go for inspection stickers if you live in eastHampton! Rob is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend!
