Buyer beware ! Last year I purchased a used 2018 ski doo grand touring snowmobile from Eastland. I left it there for a month , which they kindly agree to , I told them to check everything out before I picked it up and they assured me they would . When I picked it up they drove the sled onto my trailer and I took home ( 2.5 hours away ). Check it out more thoroughly at home and found the cvt belt hanging loosely . That was what I found and assumed everything was alright . First trip up north , went about a mile and it began over heating . Let it cool and limped back to town ( St.Germain wi. ) only to find all the coolant leaked out . Had a local shop find the leak and repaired it and drove about 25 miles with no issues . Purchased a 0 mile 2016 Arctic Cat ZR6000 el Tigre over the phone with Jeff and the Eastland staff. Easiest transaction I think I ever made. Sled was waiting outside upon my arrival in mint condition (even better than I expected) cleaned and ready to go. Highly recommended. Great staff and very nice dealership. Would purchase from again with no hesitation.
Bought a 2017 TNT it ran rough first trip. Andy and Jeff said bring it back. They made it right with no charges. Great service. Nice people good inventory. We live 5.5 hours away but will be back.
