I purchased a used vehicle and, even though the process took a couple of days to finalize, Ashley stayed on top of everything from start to finish. She communicated clearly, kept me informed at every step, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. Her professionalism, patience, and follow-through made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars) My experience at Easton Motors in West Salem, WI was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional dealership visits I’ve ever had. thus posting this, I had to give 1 star, because I can not leave NO STAR! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt uninviting and poorly managed. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the dealership, and more specifically an unpleasant odor in Ashley’s office, which immediately set a negative tone. That feeling only got worse when I encountered a staff member dressed so unprofessionally that his backside and visible butt crack were exposed. Our service was awesome and Kaytlin was such a pleasure to work with. She was so kind in all of our needs and wants. She was very professional and very helpful in the buying process. Very pleased with the service she provided and the understanding she has. She made the entire night relaxing throughout the evening. Even with my credit being absolutely horrendous, the dealership still treated me with respect and went out of their way to help me get into a car I could actually afford. They didn’t lecture me or make me feel embarrassed about my situation — instead, they worked with the income I had, explained every option clearly, and did everything they could to find a financing plan that fit my budget. They were patient, understanding, and genuinely seemed more interested in helping me get back on the road than judging my past mistakes. Walking out with a reliable car despite my credit felt like a fresh start, and I was honestly grateful for how hard they worked to make it happen.
