Took my car to this place and just found out they rigged the bottom of my car hitch was in two pieces and duck taped together also none of the screws was even the same. My car has sat for 3 weeks before without being cranked now all of a sudden I know why I’m having with my battery because it had to be switched the guy I bought my car from showed me the only batteries he bought and I knew I had an interstate battery and now it’s a die hard battery. Just the they guy said they are nice people but don’t tell me you buy the best of the best when clearly y’all made extra money off my insurance company. I’m thinking of having something done about this because this isn’t right. They didn’t even fix the loud noise coming from under the car which tells me they didn’t even really look at my car goo

I took my car to Eastside Frame Body and Repair Work because I had an antifreeze leak. They said they’d call me once they found the issue—two days passed and I never heard anything. I had to call them myself, and when I asked if they had even checked my car yet, they said they did but couldn’t find anything wrong. So I kept looking into it myself and eventually found the problem on my own: the fuse jug was cracked all the way to the top, plain as day. Not sure how a full body shop misses something like that. Yet they still charged me $130 for basically wasting my time. This wasn’t even the first issue I had. I went to them before for a sensor problem. They told me it was the modular sensor, so I bought the part and had them install it. That took three days, I had to call them for updates

I've been an Eastside customer for about 20 years. I've never had a problem, and the quality of their work has always been consistent. We refuse to go anywhere else. Skilled staff, excellent customer service, outstanding workmanship. THE BEST handsdown. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough positive words about Mr. Ernest and his staff - he was very honest, friendly, and did an amazing job on fixing my car. If I'm ever in need of any sort of body work, this is where I'll bring my vehicle. Goldie looks brand new.
