EastsideTowing and Recovery

Wish I didn’t have to give a single star! We live out of state but she was back in her home town visiting for summer break for college. Unfortunately she had an accident last night and the state trooper called this tow company. My daughter first asked for the car just to be towed to her friends house where she’s staying while visiting. The tow truck driver asked her who her insurance company is and after being told this information she proceeds to tell my daughter that insurance will want it towed to the tow yard and not a house. (I as an adult and working in the insurance world know this was so the yard could make more money by storing the care), my daughter not knowing better said okay. Super nice during the tow of the car. As they were fixing to leave she had to ask for a business card

Gloria who I spoke with to see about picking my vehicle up was extremely rude. I am in the customer service industry for my job and if I spoke to customers the way she spoke to me I wouldn't have a job or business to run.

The absolute best place to call when you need to have your Vehicle Towed..Fast and friendly.. Wouldn't call any other place... Definitely 5 Stars !!!

I drive a heavy duty out of Houston went on tues to pick up a wrecked Mack tractor and a damaged tanker trailer I could not have asked for any nicer folks I have been in this field a long time and this is the best storage lot I have ever done a transaction with I believe if every lot was operated like EAST SIDE tdlr wouldn't have any inforcement to do THANK YOU for making my day a lot easier I hope I have to do business with you all in the future
