Friendly and positive experience at Easy Automotive! On a road trip, from Washington State, my car headlights started having trouble. This shop was able to get me an appointment, diagnose the trouble and repaired it, all in a very timely manner. I'm not familiar with typical cost for repairs in the Bay Area but it was comparable to what I'd have paid in WA. Very satisfied, would recommend.

I had some issues with the steering in my Honda Odyssey. They were able to get me in right away and take care of the problem. Since the service, the steering has been perfect. Everyone was courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

They are truthful and honest with what needs to be repaired and what can be put on hold. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Car service is provided if you don't have a ride back home or to the shop. Amazing team! Thanks so much Easy automotive!

Easy automotive is awesome. I brought in my old truck for an oil change and it’s in good condition over all but it’s also old. I was honestly expecting a list of things I needed to replace and be upsold (because that’s kinda how it goes with auto repair places) but they only pointed out a couple of things that I already knew like tread is low on front tires, etc. They were super on it, good vibes, and kept it real which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely keep going back

Went to other shops for quotes on replacing the engine in my Subaru, and most of them came back with high prices, higher‑mileage replacement engines, and very limited warranty coverage. Easy Automotive was the complete opposite. They offered a fair quote, sourced a low‑mileage engine, and backed their work with a solid warranty. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and delivered work I can trust. Honestly thought I was going to have to sell my Subaru, but now I’m confident it’s going to run strong for a long time. I’m genuinely grateful for their honesty and professionalism, and I highly recommend them for any major repair.
