I have brought both of my cars here. The second time they said there's nothing wrong with it and didn't charge me a diagnostic fee. They knew I'd be back and I came back today. $269 for sway bar link replacement and an oil change. Their prices are perfect, their service is fast, and they take care of their customers. As a single mom who's been robbed by mechanics since I was 18, to be able to trust someone with an important piece of equipment I know very little about, it means everything. Trust in this world is rare, I appreciate them so much.

I will never go anywhere else. The staff is personable, trustworthy, and down-to-earth. I've never been disappointed with their service or pricing. They're honest and reliable. No price gouging. I've been there several times, for oil changes, rear hub assembly, tie rod ends, etc. - they always do a great job!

I love this place! The staff is always extremely helpful when it comes to my vehicles that no one else can seem to figure out and I trust the words of these guys over any other mechanic in town! They've worked on my gmc 2500hd and also my 2018 Honda pilot after a deer incident. These guys truly care about you and the safety of your vehicle! Even if they don't have time they will find some to make sure your vehicle is safe to operate! They also don't charge an arm and a leg! I pick these guys over any huge name shop any day!

It was pouring rain, I drove through standing water and it tore off the plastic shield under my car. I had no idea who to call for help. Eberles came up in my Google search. I called them but they were about to close. I explained that I was with my 6 year old granddaughter and needed to get to Vinton with no one to call for help. I asked for recommendations from him and he told me to come on in he would wait for me. They waited, fixed it and would not except pay. What a blessing they were. So, today I’m dropping off baked goods!

I have taken my vehicles there for almost 6 years. I have never had better mechanics. They are great at what they do and are honest, good hearted people.
