Cannot recommend highly enough - I’d give 10 stars if I could. I had an appointment to take my car in due to a popping noise I was hearing when I turned my wheel - thought it was the CV joint. Unfortunately, as I was trying to pull my car out to take it to get looked at - I hear the loudest pop yet and my car stopped moving. I had just completed hundreds of dollars of regular maintenance a month ago so was really not ready for a big event. I live just a block away from the shop so I walked over to get a better idea of what I was looking at for price and how much damage I now had and met Chris. He provided me with an honest quote and reassured me that they take care of people in the neighborhood. On top of it, David, walked over to my spot to actually take a look at my car. They are the BEST! Came in for an oil change and mentioned to them that I heard a weird sound coming from the car. I have taken to Lexus & they were never able to find the problem. I take it to Tony within two hours, Gavin found out the problem. There was a beer can stuck in my engine. I am so amazed with their work and how quickly they were able to get my car taken care of.
