Echo Car Wash

The two young men working today were FANTASTIC! They scrubbed the front of my car, and then once I pulled into the wash, were scrubbing the back too! Have never had this level of attention here, great work!

David was AMAZING!!!! He took extra time and made sure the car was pre washed and scrubbed so it sparkled when it was done. He had a smile on his face and was helpful from start to finish. I will be a customer from now on!

This car wash is the best in the area! I've always liked it but today an employee made all the difference. Even my kids enjoyed Pamela's smile and attitude. Thanks for making our day better!

I have attempted to call this establishment in order to get a refund. I put 15$ in the wash bay and it ran long enough to walk around the car one time. Then my husband used his card, it immediately took 4$ off and it turned on and right back off! Losing money for no reason like this is the worst! Check your voicemails and allow people to get assistance! UPDATE: I have never had any reply for this issue and yet I found myself at the car wash yet again. And this time when I got home from using my card to quickly wash a small Mazda, to find a 40$ charge for a 4$value. I'll be there attempting to get some assistance from the owners and this time I will get it fixed. If not then I'll post again and on every source of social media possible!

During my first visit to this car wash on January 16th, my truck suffered damage. The car wash equipment struck my vehicle repeatedly, and I was trapped due to the closed doors. I notified an attendant, who informed the owner. They claimed that I was at fault for the damage, citing my decision to use the car wash, and recommended that I obtain an estimate. Following their suggestion, the owner refused to provide reimbursement. I am currently seeking legal guidance. I strongly advise against using this car wash. Posting for a Family member.
