Customer service was excellent, associates were sure to call in with every update and any information that could possibly help me have the best experience. Overall this was a great decision to go with Eclipse Auto Body and fix my car. I don’t have many pictures before the new look, however the after was all that mattered ! Came here to get my boyfriends truck fixed after it was crushed by our 5th wheel. They did a fantastic job! Looks like nothing ever happened and they had it done in a timely manner. would definitely recommend this shop!

I'm quite disappointed with this body shop. They performed some work on my vehicle and returned it to me in a terrible condition. I took it to a second inspection, and now I'm stuck with a 7000-dollar bill for repairs they did incorrectly. To be honest, they didn't seem to care about their work when they first gave me the vehicle. There was a dent that wasn't there before the accident, and they didn't notice that they claimed it was there before the incident. I have evidence that it wasn't there when they did the repairs that caused the dent. Many other things were done poorly in the vehicle. I got to their body shop through Rafi Law Group, and I'm sure the shop gives a commission to Rafi for each referral. Keep an eye out!! Would hate other people to be in the same situation as me.

They have great reviews for a reason. I went off the reviews when looking for a place to paint my truck. I went in with no idea what I wanted and I left with a clear picture of what I was getting. Absolutely superb job! These guys go above and beyond and I love the customization they did. I am extremely satisfied with the all aspects of my experience with Eclipse. These guys know what they are doing, and their pride and experience shows in their work 💪

These guys are terrible, took an absurd amount of time for repairs, constant excuses. Weeks to even get on a frame machine, car would sit for weeks at a time with the same coffee cup sitting on my $30,000 vehicle. They took awful care of my original parts, “threw away” my old suspension parts and header which I believe they sold. Paint job is terrible. Paint drips everywhere, paint where paint shouldn’t be, on the side mirrors it looks as if a child used a pant brush to repaint them. Raphael was extremely hard to work with and would act as if my questions and concerns about my vehicle didn’t matter to him. My original estimate was also different than what they made me pay. They definitely overcharged me since ironically Raphael asked me how much insurance paid out. Somehow the bill was jus
