This place is the real deal. I brought my MS in for service, and wowww what a difference from dealership. The front desk/owner ladies were absolutely outstanding and so nice. Super welcoming right from the start. Then there’s Angel the former Tesla master technician. He rode along on the test drive with me and instantly understood my niche issues specific to this model year. He knew about the backwards bolt, gave me a realistic estimate on how long the half-shaft, sway bar, control links has left, and could tell what was actually urgent vs. what could wait. No parts cannon nonsense here! They are honest and avoids unnecessary replacements. He even walked me under the car and showed me exactly what he was seeing and thinking. Going to a car dealership and dealing with their personnel can be a stressful experience but that is not the case with Eco NW. Full transparency, excellent customer service and most importantly, no pressure at all! I just bought a Toyota hybrid here that was priced very fairly and they gave me a decent trade-in for my old high mileage plug-in hybrid whereas most deals offered me half of what eco gave me. Gary, Shannon, Genny and Marcie were all excellent people to work with and made the car buying process as simple as possible. If you need to finance, that is something You might want to do on your own, but the staff here made that very simple. This is how buying a car should be and they also have great coffee!
