Be advised! Look, we didn't have any problems with this company because we didnt' trust them. We read over all the paperwork, asked questions, and didn't buy their BS insurance (BTW, if you rent cars for more than a week or two a year, you should get a credit card that comes with car rental insurance; it will pay for itself easily). They also don't do a walk-around of the car before you get in it. In fact, they don't even tell you that it's ENTIRELY UP TO YOU to log onto their website and upload pictures of the car yourself before you leave the lot. Fortunately, we asked about the walk-around and only then did they tell us about the website/app. I"m glad we did, because the car they gave us was dented and scratched in a bunch of places -- the kinds of damage for which a car rental agency

Absolutely shady place, I got scammed. I rented a mini van at the place on Aug 7 and they refused to take my insurance which had full coverage and is accepted at every other rental car place. They claimed a discrepancy between my license address and my policy was the reason (I'm military so it's normal) and then they later said that I needed another policy on there, which is option by there terms of service. Ultimately I caved since I was renting at the end of the day and had already put a deposit down, and the cost of an Uber there and back was around the price of the Insurance. The car was fine but please do not use this place as they will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Do not rent here unless you want to get scammed. I booked through Expedia and was quoted a rate of $341. I even purchased the additional insurance thru Expedia which was a total waste of $ because when I arrived at the counter this company said unless I had a copy of my personal car insurance’s DECLARATION PAGE I would be forced to purchase insurance from them. My family travels a lot and I have never been asked for this. My car rental of $341 turned into $555 and I would have been better off booking from a company at the airport versus trying to save money by renting off-site. Please note several companies are all in this same location and they all run the same scam. Every customer checking in was dealing with this same issue.

Awful service COCKROACHES!!! In the lobby entrance. I had reserved a rental car under my husband's name and it was supposed to be a Nissan Pathfinder or similar. Well my husband and I got stuck on the tarmac for 4 hours and we knew we wouldn't make it by 10 pm to pickup our vehicle so we had to send my son to get a vehicle. My son is 24 years old so paying the additional driver fee of 10$ a day wasn't the issue. The issue was that they literally said they had no vehicles however we still had a car on hold through Expedia for 350$ for the week but upon getting to the counter my son asked if the car that was originally under my husband's name could be canceled and then rented by him. The representative said " NO but we can give you a minivan for $600 dollars WHAT !!!! So where is the car r

The worst car renting experience!!! I paid in full with expedia and even added insurance through them so i would have no surprises. But when i got to the register, they lied to me and said that expedia charge is a different charge and lied again saying that they couldn't use my car insurance and charged me an extra $330 for 10 days (i found out later they lied) called them on the same day and they told me they couldn't change anything. I said ok. When i returned the car tho, i filled up the tank about an hour before returning it and they charged me for a filling charge ! Around $100 dollars! When i argued that it was full, they asked me if i had a picture of the tank meter! They charged me for tolls but couldn't show me proof of the tolls i used (another $150). NEVER AGAIN!
