Economy Rent a Car

Scam. Rented through Priceline and when I got there, in order to use my own insurance, I had to pay an extra $40 - plus a $1,000 deposit. (I had my insurance declarations page as requested in the fine print) This was on top of the rental fee I already paid to Priceline. Thankfully Priceline refunded me and I went over to ACE with no extra fees and it was $4 less.

If you land in the terminal 4 the best and easy way to take the Economy shuttle is going to terminal 1, once you are there you will see the little white Economy mini van, from there to the Economy place is less than 6 minutes. The drivers are friendly, and the people in the counter as well, we received all the instructions when we were picking up the car, it was easy and smooth. Same thing when we returned the car back, someone checked the car very quick and gave us heads up !

Manny was super nice and incredibly helpful throughout the whole rental process. It was really hard for me to find a rental the same day, especially because of my age, but Economy has great affordable pricing. Manny made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He has excellent customer service and I really appreciate the effort he put in to help me out. Highly recommend working with him!

Everything worked as it should. Check in and check out was very simple and efficient. The rental car was beautiful and fun to drive. This rental facility is listed as “on airport property,” but it is not. That said, their shuttles are easy to find and seem to run regularly, and the trip from the rent-a-car center to their location takes only about five minutes. The facility itself needs a facelift. It feels run down and gives off a somewhat “dirty” impression when you walk in. The staff appears to be a mixed bag; some were arguing with customers, while others were extremely polite and friendly. The woman who helped us was comfortable, friendly, and efficient. She explained everything clearly in a short amount of time. Make sure you have proof of insurance, your ID, and your credit card ready when you get to the counter; it makes the process run much faster. The car itself was good.
