I went into get my vehicle and the lady was very rude and unprofessional. As soon as I walked in I was met with a bad attitude and a feeling as if I was unwanted there. Vultures! This place shouldn’t be in business with all the other bad reviews they have. Update: My apartment complex put up two signs the same day (after I was towed!) for the two parking spots that are there!!! I was towed wrongly!!

If i could give 0 stars id definitely do it. Gabby was super rude with no reason, specially as this people took a car in a spot even when im paying for that spot, its ridiculous! They're the rudest and greedies place ever!!!! The City should be aware this people.

My apartment complex gave us almost no warning before towing our vehicle that had one single flat tire. And the “warning sticker” was not placed on the vehicle until less than 24 hours before it was towed. Our notification was by email, not directed to us directly but to the entire complex and we were given a 3 hour window (during working hours where our email was not checked and got lost in spam) to respond before they moved through with towing. Seems a bit unfair and an invalid way to notify someone. On top of that, when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were told “it’s on a flat, but we will pull it out for you so you can change the tire” and then proceeded to place the vehicle off the road at a slant in the gravel where we literally could not get the truck up on gravel and they ref

My elderly father was in my running car with a handicapped sticker displayed on the dash at dollar general. He got out to remind me to get paint, and the tow driver towed my running car WITH MY PUPPY IN IT.... in less than a minute, and took it all the way to midland.......at 1030 at night (empty parking lot). Total scam. Please sue them at every chance

I parked my car where I shouldn't have and it was towed. I didn't know. What I can't understand is the exaggerated and intimidating mistreatment of such a bitter person who works with the public. I never imagined a person could be so unhappy. If there were a score less than 1, I don't think they would deserve it. We all deserve respect. So much racism and rudeness from this company wasn't necessary. I don't know the name of the rude person who served us, but it was a man with a cane. I'm still shocked by the cruel treatment.
