Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa Service Center

We were very happy with our service technician. (We went for an oil change, and something had to be fixed). He kept us informed and we needed a loaner car for a day while they worked on our car. Thank you Michael Sica for keeping us updated.

Joshua Jones is my service technician, and he’s amazing. I came in without an appointment, due to the service tire warning light came on. I drive a long distance to work, and I wasn’t comfortable with driving with the light up tire warning system. Joshua checked my vehicle in that day for service. Technician found there was electrical issues and I needed 4 new set of tires. I’m thankful that Joshua took the time to fix me in. Because the issue could have been worse and I could have been broke down on highway and bridge somewhere. Joshua Jones should be recognized as a valuable employee. Because he goes over and above for his customers. I have always received excellent customer service from Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa Center. They truly care about their customers.

A family member of mine brought her car to be repaired here after an accident. The damage was in the rear bumper. When the repairs were completed and we picked the car up, the headlight in the front was completely burned out and a crack ad well. I was told to reach out to Candido, who is supposedly a manager. I did, with much respect and professionalism , asking him to look into the issue for us and he dismissed my concern and said to go to the original dealership and that it was essentially not his issue. Then the cherry on top was him ignoring any further dialogue by playing the avoidance game. I would run far away from getting any repairs done here and that’s putting it lightly.

I was able to get my car into the dealership fairly quick and my advisor got me a diagnosis rather quickly. Was given a loaner car till my could be repaired. What I liked the most was I was not put out or inconvenience at all.

The staff was professional, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt well taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.
