I spent $53k on a 2025 Ioniq 5 Limited. The car is delivered to my location Wisconsin. I eventually decide to put on my front license plate holder that comes with the car and I check the plastic it came in. I only find half of it. (It connects in two pieces.) I called the sales person (a very nice fellow) and I explain what happened. He says he has to go to the sales manager, who states that they’re not going to do anything about it because I should have reported it right away. It wasn’t a top of the mind concern of mine, but something I did wanna eventually put on of course. What bothers me is that I spend $53,000 on a vehicle from them and they think I’m trying to cheat them out of a ten dollar license plate holder.. Just be aware they now charge a 3% service fee for using your credit card (0% for debit) regardless of amount charged. This isn’t clear when initially speaking with the service reps. This is also the first major dealership I’ve encountered this with.

I recently purchased a brand new car from Ed Voyles Honda in early April. Unfortunately, the vehicle had several pre-existing safety and cosmetic issues that significantly reduced its value. These issues were not identified during the sales process. While I attempted to work with the dealership's management to get these issues resolved, I was met with dismissive responses and incomplete repairs. Originally I was going to leave a 5 star rating for Ed Voyles Automotive Honda, but I believe 4 star rating would be as high as I can offer based on our experience. Our sales person was Chau T., very nice guy, enjoyed meeting him and loved our conversation. What I strongly recommend anyone to do before going to see a vehicle at this dealership, is to secure a hold on the vehicle. I actually called the place and talked to Chau, advised him I was coming to see the CRV we found online, but had one other stop before his. While I understand the first come first serve idea, I believe we should have been given a chance to lock in on the vehicle, but instead, it was shown to another couple, that ended up purchasing this vehicle, a few minutes before we arrived.
