They have trash cars and are still selling them. Don’t do it ! I’m telling you. Check out all the previous reviews very thoroughly. What ppl are saying is not a lie. Two days later my transmission blew on the 2ND car that I had to get from them through a trade. As you can see the green jeep is not the same car I left with. *** READ BEFORE GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE *** We have been getting our car's routine service done at Ed Voyles for 8 years. We had a check engine light on an made an appointment for Thursday morning at 9:30am which would have had our car back before the weekend based on the timing that we were promised by the service department. We have three young children, so getting the car back quickly was important to us. Monday afternoon rolls around and they still have not even touched the vehicle. Only after we called them and complained about how long it was taking did they begrudgingly agree to look at it in the morning. We were also told they could not work on the car that day because it was "too cold from sitting outside all weekend." On Tuesday we get a call from them and it is $1,100+ to

if you are taking your vehicle to get serviced please take photographic pictures of your vehicle from every angle while dropping it off because they are cracking ppls windshields and acting oblivious to it! the audacity to think that i wouldnt notice this crack when i got in my car is insane. this is the most unethical, unprofessional, and negligent dealership i have dealt with. i was supposed to get a follow up on them fixing my windshield yesterday, 12/15/25 and hadnt heard back yet. if you can, pls take your vehicle to another dealership. best believe i have videos of my car before i took it and will be providing them to my attorney! this is not over !!

Avery Chester was outstanding to work with. The customer service was superior from start to finish. While dropping my partner’s car off, we received hard news regarding private matters. During such a difficult time for my family, Avery showed genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. That level of kindness meant more than words can say. I’m not even done with my service today but I already know Jonathan will give me excellent service. He is one of a kind. I drive up he greets me by name. He listens to any concerns and lets me know what we need to do. I have a closer dealership to me but I will drive the distance for the service and of course Jonathan’s smile. 😊
