These guys are not welcoming at all. I barely drove half my car into the service area where they fix vehicles, and everyone looked at me like I’d parked inside their office. The main guy even said, It’s not a drive through, in a sarcastic tone. If you don’t want customers driving in, maybe put up a clear “Do Not Enter” sign. If you value courtesy and professionalism, this isn’t the place for you.

These guys do such a great job! Ive been having my car serviced with him for years now. Last night my car wouldn’t start, I didn’t know what to do. Carlos got back to me before 730AM the following morning! He’s honest, fast and extremely reliable, I highly recommend him for any car related issues!

From the moment I called Edcar Tire and Auto Repair with my vehicle issue, I had the pleasure to speak with Abner. He took the time to listen to my concern. I previously went to the dealership and other places that wanted to charge outrageous amounts of money. The next day, I took my vehicle in to Edcar and it so happen to be a simple fix. Carlos was great—he diagnosed the issue with my car quickly, gave me options on what approach we could take, and even found a more cost-effective solution for completing the repairs. I’m usually skeptical about auto shops because we all know how it can be, but I’ve heard great things about Edcar, and now I can see why. They were trustworthy, dependable, and gave me complete confidence in their work. I'll be back!!! Well, hopefully I won't need to but I know who to go to if I do. THANK YOU!!
