Came recommended from 2 different people and raved how great things turned out. Wish I had the same response. Drop off was easy and gave me a guess on the amount of days to do the job. Waited till the estimated day to call and find out the status. I was told from receptionist I would get a call back from Eddie Jr. I had to call them back and wait on hold till he answered. He finally told me they were waiting on the running board. No problem, please keep me posted. Days go past and no calls. I again need to keep calling as they didn’t ever keep me posted. Receptionist tells me she will find out in the morning and personally call me back. “Nope”. I call and they finally have the part and I can pick it up this afternoon. What an amazing body shop! The staff and Walter were just amazing. Best customer service there is out there. Unbelievably professional and very honest! They had the best estimate and the work that was done was top notch!! My car was repaired to its original state and couldn't be happier with the work. Walter was absolutely the best and am so grateful I took my car here.

My rear bumper on my Lexus was crushed by an accident Eddie’s garage replaced it and eight years later it was dropping a little bit and coming away from the body and I took it to him in 10 minutes he had it all repaired and on my way can’t beat that Service.
