Do not take your car here if you want good service and for things to be done correctly. First items were stolen out of my car and Zach did not initially want to take responsibility stating he “knows it wasn’t his guys” then he tried to low ball me when it came to paying for the missing items to be replaced. Second There were no wiring issues with my cars headlights which were working fine when I took it to Eddie’s for repair and now there are wiring issues that they refuse to take responsibility for again saying “it couldn’t have been our guys”. I have taken my car back twice since the repair and each time they come up with a cheap solution that doesnt solve the issue. Horrible service, all they care about is money and not about providing good service. They have no integrity, don’t waste y

I hit a deer earlier this year and decided to take my car to this shop. The WORST mistake I could have made. The timelines changed tremendously after my car was dropped off. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off 3 weeks after initially speaking with the shop. Once I dropped my car off it was supposed to take the approx 7 days to do the work. 7 days turned into 4 weeks to replace a front bumper and apply paint. The finishes and the work was not so great, but I can live with them as my car is a 2012 and has some minor paint dings in other places. I found out today, the work was not completed, as they were supposed to recharge my AC after placing a new condenser on my vehicle. I took my car to Kia Automotive where they informed me that it would be 410.00 for them to recharge my A

My daughter was on her way to the University of Texas and the front part of her bumper on her Honda broke off in Hempstead and jammed the steering. She was stranded on 290. I called Eddie's Body Shop. Zack sent a wreaker to pick the car and her off the freeway and get both to safety in Bryan. They fixed the car and loaned her a car to get to Austin and UT graduate studies. I was so grateful for their care, commitment, and willingness to provide the best for my daughter and fix her car. I will never forget your kindness.

This is a great family owned body shop, fast, easy insurance claim process. Definitely will use again!

Stopped by for my window not rolling up and the staff ordered one came back the next day and it was installed. Easy and fast fix
