Recently brought my 2021 Audi Q7 prestige to these fine folks. To be honest, they are more than fine folks, they are Geeks. In a Good Way!!!!!! Knowledgeable, passionate, honest..... I could go on and on. but Louis really earned my business with his transperancy and the ability to actually listen to the customer and resolve there issues or needs in a correct and timely manner. To end I'll say this. I had been using Audi dealer service for 10+ years, if your'e reading this review you know where I'll be going for everything Audi related from now on. Lewis helped me get my BMW serviced. He was super polite and courteous. The friendly face you want up front. fast turnaround and very professional service. I will be back for my next oil change.

Today was my first time coming in the shop. I needed a couple of routine things and to have the camber tweaked a bit for autocrossing. I have a Miata and laughed when I saw the fancy cars parked out front ("RIP my wallet"). But seriously, looking at the invoice, this was less than a dealer would have charged me. The owner Louis is also really friendly and walked me through the bays to see some of the other cars. It's great to have a performance shop of this caliber in Madison, and I will be back!

Louis and his staff are knowledgeable and real car lovers. I met Louis at a Cars and Coffee event and and we discussed the dreaded illuminated wrench dash light on my newly acquired Maserati GranTurismo. He offered to take care of it free of charge. Took it in an they took care of it in a matter of minutes. Edelweiss is where I will be taking my Maser for all future service needs.

The Edelweiss team are consummate professionals. Communication is excellent and thorough; their skill and depth of knowledge is reassuring. Their respect of your vehicle is always shining through. Most of all, their integrity and honesty is genuine.
