So let’s start from the beginning I didn’t do my honest research before buying a motor here but from what I am experiencing and hearing. Communication via email and chat website is terrible they will 1000 ignore both chats and messages on PURPOSE! I spend $3,000+ here on a motor and financed with a company they offer. now we are 3 weeks later and I barley get a email from the company replies to my chat saying “ oh it’s sooooo weird magically the motor you have paid $3k+ for is still not here magically oh wow” it’s not like they can’t just email or call the warehouse they mentioned to me that’s they ordered from to get a update nooo that would be dumb right? Well they told me they would reach out to them and get back to me asap and has yet to do so. Not heard a word about my motor or any u
