I had a bunch of scooted up experience with Aaa but Edgemont pulled through and was extremely professional. I spoke to Albert and he did the tow himself and got me out of the bad situation and a snowstorm. I highly suggest and I will definitely use again.
Edgemont Towing and Recovery truly helped me in a time of need. My car broke down on 394 and I had tried to get a tow from another company. The other company told me it would be 30 minutes until they got to me. Nearly 2 hours later, the company called me saying they wouldn’t be able to pick me up due to a blatant lie. After which I called Edgemont Towing. Albert let me know that he wouldn’t be able to get it the same day as he already took a job, but if it could wait he could get it the next day without an issue. He had been the most direct, helpful, honest, and straightforward person I talked to all day. We agreed on a price and next day pick up. The day of the pick up, Albert let me know as soon as he picked up my vehicle and was on his way. In the midst of him heading my way, I realized

A very experienced and knowledgeable guy showed up when promised. He took the time to understand what was going on and tried to get me running. Due to the issue of a alternator not charging he recommended several garages that wouldn't take advantage of me to pick from. He towed my vehicle in and dropped the keys in the night box. I didn't have to go with the car just to lock it and drop the keys. He assured me it was would be all handled. This was the best experience I have ever had.
Albert is the most amazing guy!! He is honest and straightforward and always comes through when you need him most. You don't really consider having loyalty to one towing service or another... but honestly his great care and awesome attitude has guaranteed I will always use them in the future! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks again, Albert!
