I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a business. I brought my vehicle here expecting basic customer service and instead was met with hostility and profanity. Yes profanity. I was actually cursed at by someone representing this shop. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how they operate. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine how they handle mistakes or disputes. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and absolutely no respect. An auto shop should make you feel confident leaving your vehicle in their hands. Rene at Edmond Collision Center was very easy to work with. He gave an estimate and explained all the steps that would be taken. The truck was repaired and looks like it is new. Timely, professional, and friendly for your auto body repair needs.

I had Rene repair the damage to my truck last month after visiting two other shops. I choose his shop because he took the time to explain what all needed to be done when not of the other two did. He worked with the insurance company and made the repairs on time as promised. This past Saturday I noticed some scratches on the fender he had repaired so I took it back to him today and he stopped what he was doing and took his time to buff them out and wouldn't take any payment, but in the end I insisted he took something. Rene is the best, everyone should take their car or truck to this man!!!!

IECA did a wonderful job fixing my damaged car and working with the insurance company. My car looked and felt new. I definitely recommend them.
