After researching dozens of shops in the valley I am so glad to have found Ed's Auto Repair because: *great easy to find corner location *plenty of staff on hand *clean office with comfortable waiting area and beautiful fish tank *friendly and professional *fast diagnosis *great communication-kept me informed every step of the way and thoroughly explained everything they discovered *experienced owner operated business (and many proudly displayed certificates on the wall) *fair prices and no surprises I really liked these guys and although there are literally hundreds of shop closer to my home this will be my go to place for car service. Thanks guys.

He is professional, honest, and reliable. Always does a great job and never overcharges. Highly recommend.

Extremely rude on the phone when I asked if they provided a certain service then proceeded to yell no and aggressively hang up mid question. I chose to call because the good reviews but if that interaction is any clue of how they really treat customers I would avoid like the plague. I’m be very embarrassed if I treated one of my potential customer that way.

Awkward phone call. He's all like we don't do this kind of work you need a body shop. But I needed mechanical work... ummmm that made no sense. But at least he was honest and said they don't work on Buicks Didn't know where to refer me either. I dunno bout this spot
