Joe was very courteous and calming. Great response, kept in touch with me every so often to keep confidence he was on his way. Quickly picked up the Expedition, deployed dolly for the back end. Conversed nicely during the travel even though it sounded like he was busy, he focused on my needs. You have a very good driver, doing a good job for you! Thanks!

The best price I found in the area! Then people on the phone were pleasant and patient with me. The driver Taylor he showed up within 10 mins & even has exp. towing semi trucks. He was really friendly!

Ed’s Towing is very professional & courteous. They were prompt from the time I called to being serviced was less than 45 minutes. With a flat tire I couldn’t drive & they were able to save me some money by finding the spare tire (I didn’t know I had one) so I could drive it to the shop to get fixed. I appreciate the help! My car wasn't starting so I had it towed to a shop. My tow guy even tried jumpstarting my car free of charge and though it didn't get it started, I really do appreciate the effort. Clear communication, quick job, and fair prices! Will be using again if need be.
