Worst towing ever. They charge $364 per hour that's too much . My car was towed from a freeway in Pomona to their storage in Pomona itself I was just 10 mins drive an they charged me 1.67 hour, which is $600 + the car reached the storage at 11.58 pm and they charged me whole day for it , I had to pay $64 for just 2 mins, but the interesting part is they came to the accident place at 11:05 pm and they charged me 1.67hrs then how can my car reach their storage at 11:58 pm, no explanation was given total I had to pay $770 and after that I towed my car from there to my place which is 30 miles away and it took an hour to reach but the new towing guy only took $250 from me. I recently purchased a 2005 ford mustang from Edwin’s Towing through an individual in Ontario CA. The asking price was 3,700 advertised on Facebook Marketplace. The ad said the title was clean no accidents or problems with the car. Runs great the ad said. . It had a few minor dings and scratches also a cracked windshield . I was able to get them to lower to 3,300. When I drove back Palm Springs the headlights Would not work. Not a Big deal. I found that they were the wrong bulbs so I replaced them myself .. it’s been less than 3 weeks and the car died while driving . Had it towed home. There is absolutely no compression under the hood. Charged us over $1000 to take out our vehicle, towing guy lied & said he dropped me off at a gas station was why it was an extra charge but he was lying i even have the location where the lyft picked me up from. Gave us a hassle to even get our car back. They probably tried auctioning out our BMW thinking we wouldn’t take it out lol.This was the SAN BERNARDINO location tho. The rep at this location was super nice that answered the calls.

Trailer was stolen police were sent to location that our tracker showed, police had the trailer towed to Edwins AKA Tow Kings. was told $85 per day and $1306 to tow it 3 miles absolutely price gouging. Called to pay them so our drive could pick it up price went up then they said they needed to an approval to pick it up, drug it out so that they got another days charge out of us. Why does the police us this company with these kind of review? Giving them a call as well!

Lady at the front desk was very disrespectful. My grandmas car was towed by this company per Fontana police after it was totaled in a crash. When she went to retrieve her items such as registration and other important information, the lady was very rude and told her she couldn’t go get them cause only “one person was allowed” then they also stole her dashcam from the vehicle and told her they only ripped out the cable for it. I don’t understand why a company would hire someone who clearly is so miserable at their job. 🤡🤡 Only person who did their job quick an efficiently was the person who towed the car.
