They charged me $800 for Mercedes service B. I would have just gone to MB Dealership if I knew how poorly I would be treated. Came here looking to save but was disappointed. My service B included spark plugs, oil change, and some air filters. You tell me if that’s worth $800. I even asked their customer service for a discount but was completely ignored. Also they don’t offer courtesy rides back home even though I’m local. MB dealerships have a sick lounge to hang and offer rides back home. I knew I should have gone to MB dealerships but wanted to give the local shop a chance. This repair shop did the bare minimum. No perks, no detailing such car washes, vacuums, or some person to walk me through the work they did. They just collected the money and tossed me the keys. Look elsewhere if yo

Got my oil changed with my Macan GTS! Great service and work by Carlos. He knew to turn off my air suspension before lifting the car and the shop was super clean and well stocked. I was very impressed. And the prices are great and reasonable! Thanks!

My car started to run rough on Thursday. Carlos took me in on Friday and was out by 5 and was able to enjoy my car on Saturday. I'm glad I found a reliable and honest Porsche mechanic in San Pedro. I love that the shop is clean and the team is professional. Makes me feel at ease that my Porsche is in good hands.
