I had an exceptional experience with Jennifer! This was not a claim situation. Our vehicle, which is covered under an extended warranty purchased through the dealership, had to be towed. The towing company informed me they could not legally provide me a receipt because I did not provide the payment. I simply needed documentation proving the vehicle had broken down and was towed so I could maintain a proper paper trail. Jennifer stepped in immediately and handled it. Warranty coverage and support was phenomenal. Had unexpected repair that occurred on 2/03/26 where my vehicle was at the dealership for 9 days. Approved for major repairs regarding oil leak the approval also included rental car coverage during the entire 9 day timeframe. very pleasant working with this warranty from the dealer perspective. they give you your wait order when on hold which I've never had with an extended warranty before so that was awesome.
