Not only am I never going to make any car decisions without checking with Edgar first, I don't think I will make ANY life decisions without checking with Edgar first! He goes way above and beyond to help. I think he might be an angel. My 2013 Toyota Corolla has been having electrical problems for several months. Toyota told me the issue is a broader electrical problem that requires a $3,000 part to fix so I put it off since she was still running just fine. Well, she finally died in my parking garage a few weeks ago. Toyota said a jump probably won't work because of the electrical, so have it towed. Edgar showed up, jumped the car, the car started and he figured out it's the alternator, not this "global electrical problem". He diagnosed that is actually the alternator, which costs only ~$30

Edgar picked up my car within 30 minutes of me calling. He is a very good tow truck driver and very professional. I highly recommend him.
