I had a great experience at Tire & Auto for a tire replacement service. The team was professional, efficient, and very straightforward about the work that needed to be done. They helped me choose the right tires and completed the installation quickly. The service was honest, the price was fair, and the vehicle was ready faster than expected. Everything was done properly and the car drives much smoother now. If you need new tires or general auto service, this is a reliable place with knowledgeable staff and solid customer service. I had a bulge in my tire Saturday afternoon and this place was my saving grace. I live in Cartersville, and after calling around to all the small and franchise shops, nobody could help. They were either closing for the weekend, didn't have my tired size, left me on hold and never returned to the phone, or could only order my tired and receive it 3 days later. I called EJ Tire Services early Sunday morning and a friendly gentleman (EJ) immediately answered, I told him my tire size and he immediately he already knew that they had it. He was so competent, friendly and efficient, I thought to myself, this HAS to be a scam. I went to the storefront anyways (haha) and he immediately had my tired size fixed! I was in and out. I drove more than an hour from my area in Lilburn to pick up some tires I saw on Facebook Marketplace. The rear tires on my Tesla Model Y were way too expensive, around $500 per tire, so this would be the first time I tried out the used tire route. Upon arriving, Erick helped me out immediately, understood my situation, and got me into one of their bays right away. I was hoping to just pick up the tires and leave so I can have them installed elsewhere, but he was able to get me right in so I agreed and had them work on my car. They got me out in an unbelievable 20 minutes and payment was seamless. Coolest shop around, they'll make ya feel like family. I'm a car guy, I'm picky about my car, the parts, and of course who's doing the work. Being new to the area, I called around and eventually settled on this shop. They were nice as can be, didn't try to up-sell everything under the roof, pretty quick and more than fairly priced. They've simply earned my business from here on out. If you need their services, give em a try like I did, you won't be disappointed!
