Let me start by saying I am a mechanic and don't usually take my vehicle to anyone for work except for certain situations. We took our car to EJs for a diagnosis on the transmission. EJ gave us a very informed and detailed description of the issues the car is experiencing as well as other things he found. He was thorough and informative and did a great job of due diligence. He had all the right answers to satisfy me that he is really concerned about the cars and customers. I feel the price was very fair and complete using only the best materials as it should be. In the end we didn't fix the car due to cost and worth. EJ agreed with our decision to not move forward and charged us nothing for the diagnosis or for the few days it sat waiting to be picked up. I moved to the area recently then had car trouble, and EJ's services came highly recommended via a community social media group. This is the most professional shop I've patronized in the nearly two decades I've been driving. He runs his business in a way that fosters quality employee retention and values them accordingly. His rates are beyond reasonable, he makes sure that I'm accurately and honestly informed after the diagnosis and his turnaround time is amazing. My car is 18 years old and it's needed three visits in the past few months. Every time presented a chance to charge me more than necessary without me having any idea, but he values running an ethical business just as much as he is capable of helping me out every time I've needed him.
