The worst experience I've ever had. They have zero communication skills , making their business chaos. A 13 yeal old runs the front desk. They had my truck for 5 days for a leak from a power steering pump They installed back in Nov. They caused a violation on the intoxalock unit in my truck and made me pay $61.14 for their carelessness. Then the owner Ezekiel tried to fight me in the parking lot with his friend trying to snatch a screwdriver out of my hand to intimidate me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general. They scam on intoxalock fees and take advantage of people .

Won’t be back there again. Guy there is great service but Geesh $120 just to look at my car to see what was wrong with it. Other shops charge way less. But I should have asked first the price. I assume less than that. Firestone only charges $10 bucks. Lady upfront tried to tell me other places will charge the same. Nope. They don’t. Just y’all.

They only pretend to fix electrical items by giggling the wires when the wires should be replaced. Spent $1K to get home and rewire myself and guess what no more issues after I fixed the car.

Absolutely con men charged me $1,560 for only front brake pads, rotors and calibers which is double any other shop quoted me without telling them eks price do not go here!
