EL Bory mechanical automotive

I'm giving him 2 stars because he tried to help us & acts like he knows what he's doing but he really doesn't. Maybe he's fine on an oil change and something simple. We were traveling & in a bind towing a jeep behind our RV. Our rear differential oil was leaking. We couldn't tow it & get home & all mechanics were closed or busy, as it was black Friday. $1500 later (he charged us $350 + $100 ish we paid in parts). The mechanic we had to find after said he did a crap job and didn't fix anything. Cost us two days of travel & a ton of back and forth to various auto parts shops because he had no idea what he needed. We researched ourselves.

Paid bory, 200$ to replace pulley tensioner along with serpentine drive belt and power steering pump reservoir. the pulley comes loose less, than 2 weeks later. Not to mention steering is still the same even after the "replacement" currently stranded not willing, to take accountability or fix the work he did on the vehicle.

Honest Good people still do exist, The mechanics at El Bory got me back on the road after having a leaking water pump issue on the i95 and he didn’t take advantage of me in a very sticky situation where he could of cleaned me out for being far from home.

I would give 0 stars if possible, he lacks communication, knowledge and professionalism. I had to go get the car because he had no luck in fixing the issue recommending something to change when that wasn’t the issue. All he does is find things to up charge you, tells you one price then gives you another price at the end and only wants cash it’s 2025, he yells and is unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

Thank God for Bory he came to me and found a tire for my truck and his friend peanut was able put tire on the rim. They blessed my day when I was not able find a tire. They could of charged me double. Very honest and helpful. Thanks again Bory my Angel. Steve.
