El Camino Tire Shop

El Camino is a great tire shop. They did my alignment. Let me know everything that I needed to have done to ensure that my alignment was 100%. We walked to the Walmart while they were doing the service and because it started raining, they even came and picked us up. Definitely will be back. Definitely recommend.

I came here to get 4 tires mounted, balanced and wheel alignment. They told me I needed a valve stem and sensors because one was broken and one didn’t work. I originally said yes because they said I will have a light on the dashboard even tho no lights was on prior to arrival and no issues with flat tires. I came back 2 mins later stating I did not want the service and the told me it’s to late that I have to pay for it. I understand that this might count as a loss but I did not want the product and no contract was signed that I wanted the product install. I believe they scammed me into buying necessary parts.

Fantastic, quick service at a fair price. Bought a full set of used tires. I got unlucky, got a nail in one of them less than two weeks after buying them. When I stopped back in to get it repaired, it wasn’t fixable. They replaced that tire for FREE, even though they weren’t at fault. Exceptional experience. El Camino will always be my first stop for all future tire needs.

I called them letting them know I was getting towed there for 2 new tires and they said I would be able to get them fixed that same night despite being closed by the time I actually got there. I feel so grateful for the people who worked on my car and that I had my situation taken care of fast and the same night. Truly wonderful and caring service.

I picked up a bolt and a rusty nail in two separate tires and had to leave my car after hours. They were so nice and got me patched up and on the road the next day!
