El Car Wash - North Hialeah

Car was left very dirty. the towel roller that dries your car at the end of the tunnel was soaking wet and not just with water.... the entire car was worst than before it went in the tunnel. The access to the vacuums after the tunnel is practically inaccessible to any car bigger than a smart car. you have to go on the street against the flow of traffic to go back into the premises. over all my experience here was not a good one.

This car wash really did me in today, I frequent this carwash 3-4 times a week as I have the monthly pass and today I did my usual drive through and as the car was only a few feet in the left side brush plowed into my driver door denting the door in. I quickly noticed and asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise the manager wasnt on site and had to wait 45 mins for her as she was not present!!! Then to add insult to injury when she arrived with her poor aptitude, completely disregards me and doesnt even bother to say Good Morning or better yet what happened to your vehicle. Well as the story evolved she spent nearly 20 mins in the office looking back and forth at the video trying to convince herself that the car wash indeed damaged at this location due to faulty equipment. Extremely disappointed with my visit today at 10:20 AM. For the third or fourth time, there were zero towels available at the stations. When I asked for help, a staff member named Daniel or Dariel (according to his coworker) started yelling at me from the second floor, insisting they were out—even though I could see a fresh pack sitting right on the office desk. The lack of supplies is frustrating, but the blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism from 'Daniel' is unacceptable. Management needs to hire staff who actually value customer service and treat patrons with respect. Definitely won't be returning and canceling my membership with this company.

I absolutely love this place. The best 36 dollars I've ever spent a month. My car gets clean and shiny when I like it. Get the vacuum in, throw away my garbage. And get my car nice and shiny. My Pony likes to be clean.

This El Car Wash location is one of the worst I’ve been to. If you have a pickup truck, don’t waste your time here. My truck came out still dirty the front was just wet, but the bugs and grime were still stuck on, the windshield hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the tailgate was just as dirty as before the wash. The overall setup of this location is also poorly designed. After you finish the wash, there’s no easy or safe way to park and vacuum or towel dry your vehicle. I walked around looking for clean towels and air fresheners, but there were none available. When I asked an employee, they simply said, “We don’t have any more.” El Car Wash has some great locations where my truck actually comes out clean and I can easily finish up the details but this one is definitely not one of them.
