El Car Wash

This is my car after I got out of the wash. my car was very bad. I really don't recommend them. I hope you solve all this and you answer me. to wash my car again

Great membership deals and prices. I got the unlimited membership; skip the line and drive right up thru tje unlimited member gate. Super quick. The attendants look professional and are friendly. Although I'm 46 I'm 12 at heart so the light show gets me everytime. My jeep gladiator always comes out sparkling. And I can go as many times as I want. A lot of spaces to vacuum and detail. The equipment is the latest and greatest. The hubster and I appreciate you all.

Unacceptable experience today! The wash was fine but what wasn’t fine was the several vacuums that had little to no suction to them, non existent windshield or interior cleaner and to top it off even the towels were empty. I shouldn’t have to get back in my vehicle after parking to find a spot where the vaccum works when I just burned $30 at this place. Yes, I am not happy and I would recommend avoiding! I certainly won’t be back they have car washes everywhere!

Nice to have a new facility down this way. Staff is great, they are learning, sometimes there are staff from the PB location, it's nice to see familiar faces ;-) But.... but..... and this is not a reflection of the daily workers, but the management staff. first, the entrance guides cross over a gutter dropping the driving surface down below the steel guides. it drops the front of your car another two inches right onto the guides, you can see all the scars developing in the polimer guards, as well as the unsettling grinding noises to enter.... second, while inside and entering the second section, the rails do not align so your car jerks forth and back, no damage so far, but unsettling none the less. great place, but you need to address these two little things. After washing my car, the plastic antenna cover came off and when I went back to the place they couldn’t find anything and just said sorry… now I’m being charged a lot of money just to get a plastic piece to cover back my antenna. Definitely I’m not coming back to this place, I was hoping for better help from customer service regarding this issue.
