El Car Wash - Pembroke Pines East

Initially posted to open on the 4th. Then it got pushed to Feb 14th. Today I pull up as google is saying it’s open but it is currently still closed and has not opened. What bad way to start a new location makes a customer waste time and gas.

Brand new location as I used to visit the Sunrise location. El Car Wash should go back to offering the service if having an employee assist with vacuuming the vehicle out and wiping down the cars especially to those who are handicapped or cannot do so due to injury. Otherwise love the service and makes my car look brand new every time. Especially with 2 kids.

So far not bad at all but did notice some thing they could upgrade with. It could use some shade when detailing vacuum your car specially down here in Florida. The metal bars have big gaps in it and the sun goes right through it second, I have a truck so when I pull into the car wash, I always have to back up and reposition my car and sometimes there’s a car right behind me. They need to upgrade that area so it’s wider. Another thing I notice there wasn’t a brush in the mat wash station for rubber mats to clean the gunk off and then Last the air freshener was just spraying water no fragrance at all. If they change all this, they would get five stars from everybody I’m sure overall a good experience.
