⭐️ 0 Stars — Would Not Recommend (Left Me Stranded) I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had at El General Tires #2. I was stranded with my 5-year-old son after getting a flat tire at the library on St. Andrews Road, directly across the street from this shop. I went in because they had the tire I needed, and I did purchase the tire from them — but that’s where any sense of service ended. Despite being right across the street with a flat tire, they refused to help me or come over to assist. Instead, they said they would only help if I paid an additional $50, on top of the tire purchase. No urgency. No concern. No effort to problem-solve. I had two new tires installed. After 2 months one of them had some sort of internal failure from a manufacturing defect they replaced my damaged tire at no cost even going so far as to put on a used tire on in the meantime while they ordered me a brand new one to match the other tire I had installed. Incredible service absolutely will be returning here again.

Gave me the wrong size tire. I didn’t notice until a month afterwards when my friend pointed it out. My car had been shaking since I got them changed but I just assumed it was something else wrong not even thinking to check the tires. Since I expected them to put the right size on. Called to let them know and was told I would have to buy a whole new tire. Was shown no empathy or professional even after they didn’t even attempt to correct the problem.
