I called twice this morning to confirm the correct tire size was available and was quoted $120.00 total, including balancing. I made sure to double-check the size and what was included before driving over there on a half-flat tire. When I arrived, the man immediately said, “You’re the one that called, it’s $120.00.” Then a woman walked by and told him in Spanish to charge me $150.00 instead — as if I couldn’t understand. When I questioned it, the reasoning given was that she thought he said an 18-inch tire instead of a 19-inch tire. That is not my fault. The correct size should have been clearly confirmed internally before quoting me a price. You don’t give a customer one price and then change it when they show up. I visited this shop to have my passenger-side tire replaced due to a visible cut. I clearly communicated which tire needed to be changed. After receiving the price, I went inside to pay, and when I returned, I was told the service was completed. However, while at work the next day, I realized the driver-side tire was replaced instead, which was not the tire I requested. I contacted the shop through the website and returned on Sunday, but I was informed that nothing could be done because the original tire had already been “recycled.” Whether the tire was recycled, patched, or discarded, the fact remains that the incorrect tire was replaced due to their mistake, not mine. These people are wonderful,they have helped us several times with tire repair.They are fast and reasonably priced.You don't even have to get out of the car.Gracias Amigos!!

They gave my son three different stories about his tire. Then said they did not have any used tire and charged him a $15 processing fee. Not good customer service at all!
