I got a full set of 4 brand new Goodyear 235/60R18 tires installed and balanced at El General Tires for just $499 — amazing deal! The staff were friendly, fast, and very professional. The entire process took less than an hour, and the tires feel smooth and quiet on the road. Definitely a great value for the price. If you’re looking for quality tires and honest service in the El Monte / City of Industry area, I highly recommend this place. Will be coming back for future tire needs!

DO NOT TRUST THEM BECAUSE THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS and got caught. Please read his reviews on here and yelp before coming in. Worst place ever. They lied to their customers and they don’t keep their words to what they promise to customers. You need to read all of these and ( i have evidences and proof of their lyings and recordings of what they young liar that claimed he is the owner and the guy that spoke to us online works for him and he’s not at work today ) LOL come on, no so smart about their words. My friend and I contacted them ( daniel ) for one of their tire listings on marketplace listing ( i have proof ). They quoted us $260 brand new kumho. DOT NOT TRUST THIS PLACE IN FIXING YOUR RIMS. The guy gave us a price of $200 for fixing two rims and he took them to a third party. Then when the “job was done” he change the price to $250. The reason why I got them fix was because air was leaking from the left rear tire, well the very next day the problem was still there. Even worse, now I have the same problem with the right tire. I ended up having to buy new rims and losing $250 when he assured they will fix them.

They’re a decent tire shop that’s it but I would NOT recommend it for alignment. They charged me $120 for my truck and they didn’t even use the computer and my steering wheel is WAY off. Now I got to take it somewhere else for another $120 SMH. I’ll be all in $240 🤦🏽‍♂️
