I went to get an electrical issue fixed for a car I have because my battery kept dying. We agreed to have the problem checked out for 90$. They ended up doing the work without telling me and charged me a total of 250$ to swap out 2 relay swiches. and a week later even after putting in a BRAND NEW battery my truck still has the same issue. All they did was take out the warning light I had on the dash bored and never actually fixed the issue. Wouldn’t recommend this shop only go if you want to get scammed. Hector only likes CASH

One of the best mechanics in the phx area if not the best. Hector the owner is honest and extremely reasonable. I encourage anyone that has car issues to go to him. His team of mechanics are the best.

Hector (the owner) is a great mechanic with fair prices and can fix just about anything. I've brought several vehicles here and he always gets the job done right. He's especially good with electrical problems. I took my truck to several shops and they couldn't find out what was wrong but he found the issue and fixed it easily. He also sold me a work truck that's been awesome and problem free for over 2 years now. Hector has many years of experience and knows what he's doing. I highly recommend El Generalito!

A hidden gem! My go to mechanics they always do a great job! They are upfront with prices and won't do any unnecessary work. Hector is a stand up guy I don't go anywhere else.

Hector sold me a 2002 Dodge Caravan saying the former owner couldn't afford repairs. Day 1 the van died! Also day 2! He said it was battery/electric/lalalalala.... Then, when the radiator started hissing on day 4, he ignored my texts about when to come to the shop. I brought it in, he said it would be $400 to fix it and he's giving me a deal. He told me LEMON LAWS don't apply to him, because he is not a dealership! When he realized LEMON LAWS DO APPLY TO HIM: he agreed to fix it. The next day: it wouldn't start, again. It took days to get my money back and he scolded me for signing the title when I bought the vehicle!! I had to pay for registration and he got a clean title! BUYER BEWARE! HE WILL SELL IT AGAIN!
